DCM'S "Baby Cat" Inspection and
Doctoring Machine at CMM

To help shrink sleeve and label converters with quality control, DCM developed a compact doctoring machine, the BABY CAT, which you can see running at CMM Booth 4097.
The BABY CAT offers all the equipment required to deliver a perfect reel of sleeves or labels to the end user. Features include automatic tension control and edge guide, oscillation, automatic traverse rewinding, UV lamp, seaming leak inspection, splicing table, and winding forward and back. A stroboscope light is optional.
With a speed of 1000 FPM (300m/min), the BABY CAT can handle production coming from the sleeve machine.
