The Linaflex Line:

Garant's Linaflex line is a solid high performance, small footprint flexo stack press for up to 6 color printing decks. The Linaflex is a highly customizable system that can include a sleeve change system, doctor blade chamber, drying unit and face/reversible side printing.

The Matador Servo Line (Flat Bottom/Satchel):

Regardless of whether you want to produce small fast food and snack bags, standard bags for bakery products such as bread rolls, or extra long bags for baguettes – the MATADOR line are proper machines for today's market, since it produces the most diverse flat and satchel bag types quickly and therefore highly economically.

The paper bags made on the MATADOR – can be with or without windows and/or gussets, and in this way provide the adequate size for the products to be packaged. There is a vast demand for these bags in the market place, and low cost manufacture is an essential requirement. As a result, short change-over times are imperative. Product data can be called from the recipe memory to be readily available for repeat runs. The machine adjusts to the product parameters and dimensions automatically with little downtime.


The Triumph Servo Line (SOS/Square Bottom):

The engineering achievements of the TRIUMPH® machines combine high output and ease of operation with very short changeover times – a requirement for producing small order volumes with the highest possible economical efficiency. The new lines comes with servo technology standard.

The use of photocell control allows pre-printed material to be handled. Since a large number of the adjustments necessary for size changeover can be made with the machines running, both set-up time and start-up waste are reduced, resulting in an increased productivity of the machines. Fast pre-setting capability is provided by the enhanced "mmr" system for precise manual and motorized size adjustments with the aid of scales, with the added possibility of fine tuning the settings with respect to product and quality related positions, while the machine is running.

Owing to the consistent use of timing belts and direct drives, the new machines have low maintenance and low noise. The side grippers can be infinitely adjusted across the entire width, and the bottom opening station now ensures reliable and safe transfer of the tubes across the entire size range, without the need to change any cams. The intuitive operation concept allows the operator to enter all job change parameters relative to the new product via a touch screen. This facility and other improvements incorporated in the machines finally result in a 60% reduction of set-up time as compared to similar machines in the market place.




The Polyrex Servo Line:

The POLYREX 85 SF is designed to produce polyethylene loop handle carrier bags. In addition to a new attractive outer appearance, the machine features a number of technical details that are geared to increase the performance as well as product quality of the upgraded POLYREX 85 SF, which can rightly claim to be the most powerful bag making machine of its kind currently available in the market place for high-output production of superb quality loop handle carriers.

All necessary size adjustments at job changeover are accomplished with ease as a result of motorized adjustment capability for all processing stations. A touch screen in conjunction with self-explanatory operator guidance is at the operator's disposal for reliable input of the production parameters for the new job.

The parameters relative to any specific product are saved in a recipe memory and therefore readily available for re-runs. If major order volumes are involved, an automatic folder can be supplied as an option to facilitate handling of the finished bags.

The POLYREX 85 BV, owing to its modern engineering concept, is designed to produce die cut handle bags. It provides ease of operation as changeover. All processing stations are equipped with motorized adjustment capability. In this way, short set-up times are provided, as is safe operation of the machine 'behind closed doors'.

When it comes to the production of large size carriers, the delivery system has a decisive influence on the quality of the end product as well as on the efficiency of the production line.

The wicket delivery system of the POLYREX 85 BV uses vacuum conveyors for trouble-free transfer of the bags from the cross sealing station to the windmill arms of the wicketer.

In the field of reconditioning of used machines originally built by our parent company Windmöller & Hölscher, we have developed worldwide into a leading supplier. A part of our product program is complemented by new machines so that our customers can here receive our programme of new and used products one-stop.

We buy and we sell used machines, repairing or recondition to optimal efficiency and support working processes with spare parts and service technicians. We relocate our customers' machines between two locations, in Germany, in Europe and overseas as well. Particularly in the field of used machines we offer service packages that allow our customers to reliably know what kind of performance they have bought and that this performance is being processed in a dependable and competent way.
