The Laminastar is the most modern choice and versatile line of solventless laminators designed and manufactured by DCM. Machines are based on the latest technology and are suitable for all types of solventless adhesives to produce a wide range of laminates.

The Laminastar has a unique coating technique that is patented by DCM.

Only one parameter to adjust the coating weight of adhesive; thus, repeatability is guaranteed.
Non driven transfer cylinder which can be reground several times before recovering. As an option, the transfer cylinder can be sleeve type and exchanged without tool.

The Laminastar has a modular design, offering flexibility in a machine configuration with a single, double or flying spice unwinds and rewinds for various reel diameter and web tension ranges. Unwinders can be equipped with electromagnetic brakes or regenerative motors.
