  • Utilizing locations of the gusset with unwind & middle seat for the large/small bag production more flexible.
  • Excellent design of the middle side-strip equipment assures secure and smooth sealing of the bags.
  • Advanced five side sealing function makes the finished bags more desirable with shelf appeal.

The KA Line:

    Pressing type center seal
  • The machine is suited for producing gusset and center sealing film rolls, which can be loaded on an automatic packing machine or BJC-354V for producing gusset bags or side clamp bags.
  • Horizontal unwinder provides convenient loading and unloading of material.
  • Hot pressing for center sealing ensure secure sealing.
  • Economically priced, and easy to operate. When operated together with BJC-354V, it has the same function as that of the in-line model and BJKC-350NV Automatic Center-Sealing and Gusset Cutting Bag Making Machine.

    Wide Web Inspection Machine:
  • The Pro Doing BJR-1000 Inspection and Rewinder is quality engineered throughout to present an excellent inspection and rewinding performance.
  • Quality construction ensures easy operation. Finished product tension control is adjusted with the AC vector motor for adjusting as desired.
